No Client Relationship Until Agreement
Use of our website, submission of inquiries, participation in consultations, or receipt of information does not create a client relationship. A binding relationship exists only upon execution of a formal written service agreement signed by both parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliable Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Reliable Care for services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reliable Care, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
